While I didn’t make as progress as I would like through my Win-Win goals I though the concept of these and focus goals very useful and I will continue to use these.|I found the course sessions much more engaging than the course work and I put some of this down to the engagement and enthusiasm of the facilitator.|In a lot of ways my improvement from this course reflects more in my personal life than my business life and I would honestly say I’m a better person from doing this course.
