I was unsure if I should do the course when I was offered the opportunity, but after starting and gaining benifits from the workshops I am a more confidant person who has learnt how to deal with staff and managment. I have even applyed some stratagies with my kids!|I set persnonal and work goals and had success with all. I had to evaluate some on the way to refine them as they were more long tearm goals that could be split down into smaller ones, but the outcomes were positive for my company and personal life.
