Although being a fairly experienced sales person the Sales Edge Course opened my eyes a whole new level of sales skills and a higher level thought process. ||In particular better evaluating what my time is worth , better awareness of my High Pay Off Activities and planning my sales calls with clearer objectives underpinned by asking the right questions and better listening.||From a personal perspective it has given me more confidence in the knowledge that being a professional sales person takes effort and is an acquired skill . Making a sale and negotiating a win-win outcome for myself and the customer is a considered well executed process. I should be proud of my achievements.
