i have really enjoyed the workshops where we have had to work with many different types of people, i think this is always a hard thing to do especially in a workplace where you are seeing the same people day in day out. it makes it tougher when there are people who you don’t get along with so well and learning to manage those types of people has been interesting as it goes against what is natural to us.|i like the way the workshops have been done and i would do another course with lma in the future is the oppurtunity arises. the course has a lot of fantastic ideas some of which i have taken back to my workplace and shared with the team to benefit everyone.|i think i have a change in attitude thanks to this course. i now can see the benefit of looking at things from a different point of view rather than just my own.|some of my goals i have accomplished are listed below:|- i can now set action steps to my goals to make them easier to achieve |- i have been able to involve my team around me in the course which has helped us to work together as a team|- communication is getting better, a slow process but in time it will improve
