The greatest achievment for me is looking a tmy self and growing as an individual. This has helped me to gain trust and grow relationships in the workplace with both internal and external stake holders. The course has enableed me to set goals, projects and deadlines and then lead by example to make sure everything is complete when it said it would be, or it is communicated as to why it will be late rather than it just not getting finished or followed through.
