I have had a massive amount of success using goals. The power of written goals is immense to myself and my team. |I have improved my time utilistion, I didn’t know an HPA existed, I knew I had priorities but until I listed them it was cloudy. Discussing these with my Mentor allowed me to focus on what was important. |I have improved my communication skills, still work to be done I know that, but now I can plan to succeed at this using goals !!! |Knowing the importance of developing and training the team, empowering individuals. Not everybody is at the same level and some people have to be stimulated with tougher tasks. |Doing this adds more value to the whole team. |I have had some great success during this course, I have also had good feedback from my team and manager, its working. !!!
