The three goals I felt I lacked in was time management, product knowledge and a review of my sales delivery.|Time management – after doing this course i realise that i can work smarter rather than harder to get the best results. By creating a sales plan and focusing on target markets and HVC’s I have increased my sales turnover.|Product knowledge – this is ongoing and having as much collateral available and having answers makes for a much more professional approach and makes me more creditable to the customer and that leads to more sales.|Sales Delivery – I am now more confident of standing in front of a customer and more able to read the customers body language and get out of the customer what their wants and needs are. I feel I have better listening skills and this helps building rapport with the customer and in turn building a long term relationship with the customer.
