The SSTLS Program has provided a very practical platform to review my own performance as a business owner and leader. It has continually highlighted the importance of identifying the tasks that are most profitable for achieving the quality results I want in my business and has presented many opportunities to refocus my efforts onto those tasks. The biggest take-out message for me has been to always ensure I do the fundamentals well and then keep finding ways to improve them – for me and my team.
