I was able to initiate policy and procedures in shipping and am currently working on the same for production. LMA helped me with the strategies I needed to implement this goal. |I have also gained time management skills, which help me with my day to day procedures. This course has also given me confidence to be able to discuss issues in group discussions and the mid year presentation was a bit confronting at first but I got through it feeling pleased with the outcome.
