The course has really been a great learning and development tool for myself. It has enabled me to further develop my management skillset and broaden my mind on how I can handle things differently when the need arises. It has opened my eyes into how I can train and mentor my staff into becoming better individulas and also develop for the betterment of the branch. I have developed a greater understanding of various facets of the business and have been able to start to implement these ideas. The increased importance of time management, the effective role of delegation, the importance of training staff to develop them individually and for the improvement of the branch and the implementation of change into the business.
