I did thourouhgly enjoy the course and appreciate the opportunity to be able to take part in this learning experiance. The ability to be able to set myself win-win goals and the benefits for acheiving these. Also using focus goals to get tasks done in a timely manner. It opened my eyes up to what characteristics a true manager should poses, and that in any form of management it is all about “Communication”. I did realise that I procrastinate over some tasks instead of just getting the job done. After finishing the course I now focus more of my time on my HPA’s for the organisation and have concentrated on my Time Management skills to help with my daily activities. In finishing it is a very worthy course to participate in and thank Vali for her time and efforts.
