The greatest thing that I will take from the course is the interaction and learning from the other students in the class. The content of the modules is great, however, the group discussion was far more beneficial to me as it presented real life scenarios. The dynamic mix of age and occupation enabled us to all bounce from each others experiences. I believe our group size, of only 6, was also a benefit as it enabled personalised discussion and interaction. Any larger, and I think it would have felt like a standard class room. ||I have taken away some new ways of thinking and operating because of the course, and for this I am thankful. It has also assisted with the growth of confidence within my role.
