I enjoyed the interaction games and role playing eg the colour cards,negative feedback section.!! in measurable results I know for a fact by using my time planner I was able to achieve lots of free time to achieve my HPAS but also I have found other jobs that I have found and have started working on eg individual meetings and creating an induction programme that every new and old staff meber will be put thru . I think I just become more aware of little things within the w-house.that I didn’t look at until this course. I think the overall w-house is working as a team because of the course every individual has focused on their win-wins and it has all come together.
