I personally have found that i have had to look back on previous jobs in order to not lie my way through the coarse. I don’t have a team to lead within this company and have no authority to implement changes. To start off with this course made me feel angry because it seemed to show all the floors of this company. as the coarse has progressed so has the managers within the company. Being able to had ideas now at least heard is a huge step.
