I have learnt a LOT about dealing better with my team members to get the most from them and to create a team environment. I have seen a dramatic change in the team since I took the role in April 2015. The difference in the team has been recognised at a national level and the great thing is that it’s only the beginning. The value of my time has enabled me to delegate and ensure I am working on my HPA’s. The course has given me good planning tools and time saving tools. It has taught me the importance of communication and has reduced my anxiety towards conflict and it has also reduced stress. From utilising some of the time saving techniques; I’m actually going home on time and having a lunch break every day! I am able to give my wife more attention when I get home because I’m home at a normal time and less stressed. The course has been very valuable to me and I have learnt heaps!
