The LMA course has been life changing. At times I have struggled to keep up-to-date. ||The course has given me a:||Enabled me to focus on HPA’s and successfully executing LPA’s||Developed skills on how to deal with staff and ability to raise the right questions||Achieved great successes by setting Win-Win Agreement Goals – knowing that I have created success by completing progressive steps to achieve my Win-Win Agreement Goal – some examples of success – establishment Planning and Feedback Day, execution of key projects||Splitting my tasks between ‘Imperative’ and ‘Important’ – keeps me on track||Understanding the importance of maintaining my personal well-being||Achieve personal success – completing key projects and on my way to achieve ‘Around the Bay Bike Ride’||Understanding of my own personality and how others and myself impact upon others||Greater sense of accomplishment executing new ideas||Reaffirmation of my own beliefs about the importance of team building ||The importance and value of Business Plans, KPIs and OH&S procedures
