Lars was a great facilitator. He is obviously dedicated to what he does and as such that enthusiasm rubs off. Every goal achieved is met with enthusiasm no matter how small an achievement. This then creates an environment an attitude that makes you want to complete more.||I have completed similar courses in the past, but I have found that this course and its focus on the wins either small all great has encouraged me to continuously set new goals.|I also found that setting focus goals every fortnight has gotten me back in the habit of doing it.|I love the fact that personal achievements are just as important as business ones. Especially when the biggest win for me out of the entire course is that all the new things I am doing are helping me to actually have better work life balance, which is especially important when I am a single mother to a five year and sometimes I get so wrapped up in work and supporting him that I forget that I need to be there for himm100% of the time.
