The most enjoyable aspects were meeting new people and having an awesome facilitator Marianne and also the new things i have learned along the way. Goals not all completed yet but will be soon. I have a new way of looking at how to do my job better also leading my team with respect. Marianne has helped me be more confident in my role and attending the workshop was something i looked forward too. I have enjoyed setting goals and achieving them.
