Although I knew a lot of what was discussed it actually made me look at the way I present myself and process with in my department more closely and take the time to present them to my team in a more clear and efficient way.|Using the N.E.A.T Meeting Planner was a good help for our meetings as I always felt these took to long and often got off track.|Utilising my time more effectively and saying NO to people more often when they came to me with questions that supported their HPA’s and not mine. Not that I don’t help anymore I just ensure my HPA’s are done before anyone elses.
