Most of the things we discussed and what I took in are things that we as leaders should be doing everyday. Feels good to see improvement in myself and this course highlighted some if not most of the things I felt were my weaknesses.|Overall I knew most of the things but to read about them again & discuss them and talk about how we incorporate them into everyday situations was fantastic. Sharing experiences from other participants in a environment of openness allowed me speak openly and honestly. I now find myself thinking more before speaking and relating these leanings into everyday situation. Learning to listen….
