I found the course really helpful. The big achievement for me is now i am looking at the bigger picture. When I started this course I was only looking a the workshop and workshop environment. After completing this course i am looking at the entire organisation. I looking at the organisations policy’s and procedures, opportunity’s for the company, and many other aspects. The course has given me a better understanding of people. It has made me more tolerant and patient of below the line people and in some cases it has given me the drive to try and change these people. The main goals of the course I achieved was developing my team under me to work better more efficient and increased the team work.
