The most enjoybale part of the course was the monthly debriefs, sharing issues that we face on a day to day basis. Regardless of what industry you are in, we all face the same issues.||One of the major goals I achieved is that I need to be better organised, this translates to both my personal and professional life, I now complete a daily planner with firm deadlines (focus goals), this gives myself a sense of achievement every-day.||I have alos learned to be a better listener (one mounth to ears), this has helped me better understand in both my personal and professional life what drives people and what they want to achieve.||I wenet into this clourse initially a sceptic thinking I would do “the time” and walk away with a certificate that I can include in my resume. As the course progressed so did my learning and what I tooke away from the course, well done gary and Thank-You!!!
