I think the most enjoyable aspects of the course would have to be the interaction with other classmates. The different backgrounds and experiences and stories which every member had was interesting.||Deb the facilitator did a fantastic job of making the modules and classes informative yet interesting and always fun. You always walked away from the class in a good mood and felt invigorated. ||My business goals were achieved during the period and developing my team member Mark F enabling him to take charge and feel empowered has also been a pleasing aspect.
