I found the course really valuable, for my own development and understanding where I currently stand as a leader and where I need to aim for. I looked forward to the course days and found I got ALOT out of the course time / more so than the CD and written work, although this did give me time to solidify the ideas I came across in course discussions. Particularly I found value out of the win win goals – helped me to understand the process and value of step by step goals without me realising until the end of the course.|Also the time analysis work sheets – very beneficial for me and my team / also the little blue time analysis cards.
