The course has created a total reset for me in both personal and business directions.|With large changes in our organisation recently and a new mentor/manager just appointed the impact on the business is small, but believe me, what I have been exposed to will have a significant impact on the business and my teams moving forward.|While I managed to achieve my win-win goals on time, and maintained impetus on a long outstanding personal goal, this course has been challenging.|With other personal issues taking my focus away from the course at times, I plan to basically review the entire learnings and progress with the methodologies to make significant gains ongoing.
