Overall through this course I was able to identify my HPAs, which has really helped me in actively focusing on these tasks. The way Michael Laing facilitated the couse was very enjoyable and every module and activity linked quite well.|Lot of concepts have been quite useful e.g. Documenting HPA, discussion planner, NEAT meeting planner.
