During this course I implemented a new traffic plan at our branch. This was a win/win and a change Initiative of mine. This was needed due to an office extension that encroached onto an existing walkway. The procedure involved erecting a walkway barrier along the new walkway. Then I hired an industrial painting company (A1 road lines) to paint our new walkway.||Doing this course took me out of my comfort zone. I felt this was something I needed to grow personally and professionally. Some of the most enjoyable things was the short sharp focus goals, they helped me not only at work but at home too.
