I achieved my win-win agreement goals during the course, but they are daily goals that i need to ensure i do, so it is a constant thing for me to work on, which now that i have had days where i havent achieved them, makes them worth while chasing||I also had a personnel goal of saving money for a deposit for a house, and i reached the goal well before the deadline.||Before the course I always new i had bad time management, and after this course i have learnt ways to be more efficient, realise when i am wasting time, delegating tasks to others and being positive towards the overall goal, which i believe have been the areas i have improved most
