I really enjoyed all the information about people, different personalities and teams It is amazing how differently different personalities think and how really tailoring your message to suit can help achieve the desired outcomes. The stages of team development was very interesting and gave me an understanding of why team members behave the way the do at times and the importance of developing teams both for team performance and team satisfaction. ||The measurable results and goals accomplished were around achievement of win win goals |including projects and documentation to assist in planning, environmental compliance and reporting and timing of upgrades to the facility. The plans and reports I developed have been used by my manager to develop information to Councillors a number of times already.
