I liked being with a different group of people and to hear about their different experiences working with Council. |Communication between departments within Council is an area that management is always trying to improve. The participants now have a better appreciation of each other’s areas of work and respect for each other which will result in improved communication across the organisation.|I found that my goals can be reached, but that for some, I will have to forever continue to work on them for them to stay achieved.
