When the course is held you get to hear a lot of different situations and solutions and the diversity of the different thinking strategies people use, as well as the different solutions people come up with for the same problem but also end up with the same outcome. measurable results is the changes in the attitudes of team members when you start applying different strategies for communicating with your team, less interruptions from team members when you provide them with the information to work it out themselves. one of my goals was provide how to forms for the weighbridge staff and make myself available a couple of times a week for any training or trouble shooting. in turn I am not getting nearly as many interruptions with less mistakes happening. I am also able to set achievable goals and complete them in realistic time frames using the SMART thinking
