This journey has been great and has provided me a great insight of what it takes from being a team member to managing a team.|I enjoyed the overall experience and sharing ideas and experiences and a great opportunity.|I had never heard of HPAs before this course and by identifying them and working through the priority list has improved my organisational skills and inturn increased productivity.|I am more controlled of my time and i am able to achieve my win win goals by effective delegation and an attitude of ownership of all my work responsibilitites.
