I enjoyed sharing the journey with the others on this course and listening to their experiences.|I was then also able to share these experiences with my team members, allowing them to contribute and participate and just be involved with discussions and decision making that gave them a feeling of staff empowerment and motivation. |The best take out I got was being able to ‘set the expectation’ at the start and be clear with my instructions. Also|around the Upward delegation; being able to give feedback to my peers as well as upwards to keep the communication open and honest.
