Most enjoyable aspects would be facilitator/coach Bill, his ability to interact with all members in a serious but humerus manner creates great motivation to absorb the information he has to offer.|I have been able to greatly improve the management of my time through planning structures and tools provided by this coarse. Prioritisation of HPA’s has increased results in all areas. My team has quickly developed new skills, gained momentum/motivation, built stronger foundations with each other and the company, and overall been much happier and willing to work with me to achieve. |The use of focus goals has been fantastic and i will continue to use this technique indefinitely. I have accomplished many goals along the way that would have been pushed aside to a later date or not at all without attending this coarse.|One of my favourites is a personal goal i actioned at the start of the coarse of restoring an antique rocking horse for my little girl, i bought this old horse over 2 yrs ago with the intent but never followed through. Seeing how much my little girl loves this horse now and say’s good night to it every night is absolutely priceless.||I have learnt so much from this coarse that it has far exceeded my expectations and i will carry this knowledge through my entire career. ||Thank you
