The most enjoyable aspect of the course was working with simon chodziesner. He conducted each module in such a personal matter and listened to whole class room. All questions asked were answered professionally. I would definaltely recommend Lma as a course.||The measurable results for me were Delegation . When i first walked into the course i thought my delegation was on the right track, but after a few modules completed i realised that i need to learn more. Looking at it now i am empowering my staff will delegational tasks to completed on a daily basis.
