My workplace project really impacted my department and turned a very negative environment into a positive one. It also allowed me to research and understand employee engagement and how important it is to the success of a business. The overall course 1 & 2 have developed my skills as a mangeer and brought focus on areas of improvement in myself and in the workplace. However it made very little impact on my personal goals, I suppose this is something I need to reflect on with work life balance.
