As I am quiet by nature – my goals for the course where to be less intimidated when in a group of experienced leaders. I found that with the help and guidance of Desiree, Ben and Fiona (and Bill) that I was able to feel valued and that I had ideas and contributions to the group that were validated and appreciated by the group.
