The most enjoyable aspect of this course – Getting to know other Team Leaders on a different level.|Goals – I orginally set 5 goals – unfortunately one was not acheivable (Holiday to Bali) as i fell pregnant but we have organised a small “Family” holiday to Cairns in December which took quite alot of planning as it involves all Wade’s family (5 different families). The other 4 goals are either fully completed or 90% completed.|Acheivement – Better wotrking relationship with Rhiannon, weekly team meeting with Rhiannon, lots of 5sing, Toolbox meetings in conjuction with stores weekly, better working relationship with stores, lots of little low cost/no cost ideas coming out of our weekly toolbox meetings.
