The challenges, making you think out of the box, I suppose somewhat being taken out of your comfort zone for at least three hours a fortnight, good healthy stuff, as Bill would say. Being a person who doesn’t like public speaking and yet whilst still not being a hundred percent comfortable I am much more comfortable then I was. I believe it has also helped me in my role to a point where people are starting to look up to me for the answers, they believe I am their manager.||I have always been a highly motivated person but LMA has assisted in letting me take this to another level, as Bill would say, what else? It has lead me to not be happy with just doing my job, I find myself trying to always beat PB. ||Away from work, my wife has started to give us focus goals of a weekend, this has greatly helped with the time we have available together, although she is not seeing me as the manager.
