The most enjoyable aspect of the course was no doubt the workshop sessions. I fortunately had a very good group which helped make the sessions lively and a great learning environment. Special thanks also goes to Bill (Facilitator) for making the workshops as enjoyable as they were. His ability to drag, coerce and encourage me through the course was at times the difference between finishing and not finishing the course I’m sure. The encouraging comments in the right-hand column cannot be underestimated either. Thanks also for Leone’s help along the way. Measureable or otherwise, the confidence that comes with the knowledge gained (or the realisation of the knowledge we already had) should prove invaluable on the job.
