I have enjoyed the overall LMA experience. There were times where I questioned my own ability to continue after some personal issues, however through the assistance from my mentor and my course facilitator’s no BS approach to learning, I recommited myself to achieving the maximum possible from the course.||I feel I have learnt more about myself as both a person and as a leader from the course, and I am more aware of my underlying potential and what I have to offer.
