Carlo was enthusiastic and would not take no for an answer which gave negative participants no excuses. The course overall improved my efficiency and effectiveness as a manager and aligned all managers skill levels. This was important as previously there were some knowledge gaps which effected maturity and the interaction between managers. |My goals were achieved faster and more effectively and involved more of my staff members improving participation and colaboration.|The course was factual and honest when needed and lighthearted to make it enjoyable, but never boring.
