Challenge of Leadership/Competitive Systems has given me a full tool box of knowledge and skills to lead in my workplace. The coarse developed my leadership in a practical way which enabled me to improve my teams performance by completing the training projects. The projects also built a better team as I was able to involve and needed the help of my teammates to finish the training tasks. The training has achieved cost savings and has play a significant role in changing the culture of my team.
