After attending many management courses over the years i must say that LMA has provided the most interactive sessions to date. I never found myself “nodding off” or distracted. Bill certainly brought with him the tools necessary for engaging this specific audience and i can only hope that any further courses are delivered in a similar manner and style.|The course equipped me with a greater vocabulatry that i can now use to engage my staff and help them navigate the Leadership pathway a little better. It also highlighted to me some areas of defficiency that i had previously not been aware of regarding my own leadership style. It is always good to be given a mirror that you can clearly see the imperfections in and accept a change is needed.
