During the progression of the course I have identified several of my own short comings and have been able to work toward rectifying most of these with the aid of course materials, like my ability to effectively communicate with inexperienced team members, I have improved on this by using communication skills learned through the course but also by using delegation appropriately and proper following up skills has helped me to communicate my requirements of these team members and also up skilling team members. My time management skills have improved by using skills learnt and tools provided. Small change projects have become something we use regularly in our team with the help of tools provided through the course and encouraging our teams to come forward with ideas, and mentoring team members through from idea to implementation of their ideas.
