Goal setting & action planning were the most enjoyable part of the course for me. Although daunting at first, through the motivation & encouragement of our Course Coach & Mentor it all came together & once i started to progress through each step using the tools in the course it became a lot easier. Also the interaction with personnel both within our organisation & from other organisations was interesting, particularly hearing about their differing leadership methods & obstacles they faced on a daily basis & how they have worked through these applying techniques taught throughout the course.
