Over the duration of the course I have attained the skills and tools required to become a successful leader. Not only has my personal development as a leader greatly improved, but as a result so has my overall teams ability. By using the tools I have acquired in the workshops and textbooks I have been able to further my own teams ability to achieve company goals. Through development of individual team members and overall team performance improvement plans I can increase workplace productivity. Not only is my ability to increase team performance improved but so has my ability to resolve conflicts within the workplace.
