I strongly recommend this course. I enjoyed and learnt from each module of the learning. Through careful (and modifying) win-win goals I was able to achieve measureable results. For example, one of my goals was receiving information from colleagues (a 100% response rate). I was able to use the tools from this course and measure the response to a specific request. My confidence in speaking in front of audiences, large and small, has also increased and I have received positive (measurable) feedback from colleagues. I also learnt valuable tips in how to deliver a successful presentation through the learnings.
