I really enjoyed the fortnightly workshops. I felt that we always covered the module we were doing in depth and the honest discussions that came from the group were great. I discovered the importance of setting goals and making actions steps to achieving them. I used alot of the lead surveys which game me a good insight to my team and what they expect of me. I found measuring the results with the time spent on my HPA’s though a standard days work was really helpful.
