overall, I think the course allowed me to grow in maturity as a Manager. I am able to think through, assess and react accordingly,taking out the personal emotion to discuss with my peers.||The topics of the course, ironically, seemed to be relevant of work place situations at the time and are now a great source of reference material and always in my mind when an issues arises.
